&lt;P&gt;Could it be that you are using a Dual-SIM device? If so you will need to open the Dual-SIM settings, select SIM1 or SIM2 and tap Network mode in order to change your preferred network mode. Note that you will have to do this for both SIM-cards.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your device still isn't swithing over to the WCDMA or GSM network when LTE is not available you can try resetting your APN-settings (internet settings). Go to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Access Point Names &amp;gt; Tap the three dots &amp;gt; Reset to default. Now go back to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Settings &amp;gt; More and tap Internet settings in order to download new ones. When the download is complete, reboot your phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>HI,&lt;BR /&gt;I configured the network mobile to use lte default / wcdma / GSM. But when can't found the lte signal the phone don't try to found another network in this case I have to change the to wcdma default / GSM...in this case works well.&lt;BR /&gt;But it's so bored to change the configuration when have lte signal and when don't have lte signal.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried lte/wcdma config?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you using an old sim? try to ask your network if you could have your sim card changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>@nolramlb thanks for your comment but it's not the case.&lt;BR /&gt;@Didrik thanks. The second suggest works. I use my C5 dual today and switch between 4G and 3G network.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm so glad.now it's working well.</description>
