      <description>Hi. I just upgraded my xperia c5 ultra to android 6.0 and now I am getting an error message "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped". It is also Not detecting my son card. Please advise what to do. Many thanks.</description>

In this case, you may need to run a software repair, as it seems that the update may not have installed correctly.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I realized the upgraded to marshmallow and now I have shutdowns, the phone can´t stay ON for more of 15 or 20 minutes, I have already realized the software repair with Xperia Companion but the phone continues with the shutdowns, inclusive I restore the device to factory settings, but follow with the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else I can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
