Hello, I used sony pc companion to repair my sony xperia c2305 and now my gives camera not available error. How can I solve this problem? Restarting, reset button, factory reset did not not solve this problem.

I am really sorry to hear about the Camera issue, let's see if we can help get this issue resolved.

The first thing I suggest would be to boot the handset into Safe mode, this will let us know if this is software based.

If however, this does not help, then I can only suggest that you make contact with Customer Care, as this would likely be hardware orientated.

Thank you for your quick response!

I alreadt tried to boot into Safe mode but the problem is still remaning.

Before using PC Companion it was working normally.

Is it possible that problem is in the PC Companion?

If not, I will make contact with customer care.

Yes it may be that the software repair may not have installed correctly, you could attempt another Software repair to help resolve any issues that are now present.
