Try a different pair of headphones and also boot on > safe mode and test it

I did it at first,the problem never dissapear.... My local Sony services change one time the interior Phone...it's a problem.....sorry by my english

Uhm... trying to understand your issue, are you telling me that the volume goes up and down by itself? If you speak spanish, italian or french you can post your question in one of those languages, I can reply anyway

Returning to the issue, if the volume goes up and down automatically that's a feature that can be disabled.
