contacts syncing problem

Hi there baught my xperia c5 ultra dual. Sync for contacts was working fine till a few months back but now whenever i sync i get a typical error all the time "Sync is currently experiencing problems. it will be back shortly." Can anybody please help me with this.

1. remove the Google account
2. restart the phone
3. add the account

and if that doesn't work, try clearing the Google Play Services cache

Hanging Issues

I have tried working on the issue of hanging off my sony mobile phone but I am unable to fix it.
Then uninstalled kodi app for my mobile and i got that fixed but again the same issue was coming so i switched off the phone. Now Its not working now. I am unable to get that is this a techniqal issue or what?

i think its happening only due to kodi. i have same problem with my when i install kodi on my phone. but lated i uninstalled it then working fine for me. don't why your phone in not working.migh be a internal problem.
