Gyroscope is not working for vr videos or game inxperia c5 ultra

I have tried to view vr videos and games on my phone with vr goggles but unabke to view 360 degree view. While in another phone my brother bought for less than half bucks I spent in leneovo tht function is working properly, cardboard vr is also not supporting in my Sony device. Pls guide or show how to repair it.

Uhm... You know, the C5 is a really great device but... Has no gyroscope.

@YoGem is right, this device does not have a Gyroscope. You can refer to the white paper for more information about the sensors it does include.
