Lockscreen issue

i cant unlock the screen using the numeric password that i set in. im pretty sure that im using the correct password, ive tried many times, but its not working, shows incorrect. would appreciate some help. thanks.

are you sure you are not using an antivirus app and its requesting that password?

if you can't remember it or for some reason it doesn't work, check this guide

if that doesn't work then you will have to factory reset the phone

my battery has low , and cause my phone shutting down. i'm charge it , and i'm turn it on.

after that , i want to open my lockscreen . when i put my passcode , it was incorrect.

what should i do ?
