Hi folks...

I've been using C5 ultra happily but i couldn't connect my philips 32gb USB 3.0 to my phone. I used normal (no name ) cable.

Do u have any answer?

Probably a compatibility issue, test a different thumbdrive

C5 is USB 2.0 but that should ok.

I formatted as u say my usb -2.0 this time- worked but phone didn't see...

Hi guys
I used to use my sandisk memory via otg
It was working well but suddenly it stop working
I've tried reset to factory setting but still have the same problem
Can anybody give me help

Yes it does
I've tried it on my friend's phone,it was working well

Try testing it in safe mode and see if the same thing is happening.

@A_essayed, if it is possible , can you try another OTG device connected to your phone. can it detect keyboards or mouse?
