I bought my Xperia C4 twenty days ago. There is prolem with the microfone. no one can hear me, calls are very low and wheezing. Can you help me?

Check if you encounter the same problem while on safe mode.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Welcome to the community.

Some other options to try would be:

Going to Settings > Apps > All, then find the Phone application, then clear it’s cache and and force stop them to reset the program. If that doesn’t solve the problem go back through to there and clear the app data
