Xperia C4 Dual Hangs and restarts

Hi....

I bought a brand new Xperia C4 dual yesterday. While i am trying to open video files, the phone starts to hang. Only audio is hearing and after 1 or 2 mins, it restarts automatically..... What might be the problem?? help me to solve this one....

This sounds like it could be a media issue, is the media stored on the internal storage or an SD card?

Thanks for your hearing..... The medias that stored both on internal storage and SD card responses as same..... Even the video taken by camera also behaving improperly and suddenly phone restarts..... What might be the reason for this????

This could be an SD card related problem, can you try removing the SD card and then testing the media content, let me know if the device restarts.

Hiii if you are using Xperia C4 dual please tell me is there proximity sensor because I have seen some videos which has no proximity sensor and also seen with proximity sensor

Problem Solved.... Aftr removed SD card its smooth now..... Also again i inserted SD card there is no prob.... Thank You....

Hi i am having same issue, some times phone restarts,and some times end up to home screen while browsing videos in album or even in videos application.

Hi,

I purchased Sony C4 2 months ago. Everything else about it is good, except the Album.
I have tried updating the Album however the performance is still pathetic.

+ The thumbnails taes time to load.

+ When I play videos, it hangs, sometimes only Audio plays with a green screen.

+ The screen just goes crazy and displays anything & everythiing.

+ Finally it restarts and still the issue continues.

I have tried taking out the media card and inserting it again, formatting the card etc.

Please help with this.

Would re-installing the OS make any difference?

I don't really trust the Sony Service Center people in Chandigarh. Suggest me a trustworthy solution or a replacement.

my problem with my C4, is when i'm Using Skype or Facebook Messenger for VIDEO CALL, the Camera Crashes so i need to Restart the phone, but when i'm trying it again after Restarting the phone, the Camera Crash again.

What's Happening? Can you please make some system updates for the Current problems.

Hey jake..plz help me out...I am using xperia c4 for last two months...Sometimes the phone getting turn off that I can't response or turn on either by pressing power button..even it didnt take charge during that time...eventually it turned on automatically... Sometimes it so happen microphone doesn't work properly.. Other can't hear me...after a while everything goes on fine...plz fix this problems... Thanks in advance...

Hiii....

M using sony xperia c4 since last year.. Now m facing the problm lyk whn i cnnct my phn to charger it suddenly switch off & thn itself switch on again &again by its own... And suddenly android restarts and it take too much tym to restart.... Every apps get optimise...
