Problems with Sony Xperia C4

Hi,I bought Sony Xperia C4 dual 3 days ago and its working almost fine except a few problems
1)Sometimes the back navigation key and task navigation key switch places(back key would move right side of home navigation key and task manager key would move left side of home key)when I restart they become normal again.
2)When I close torch, my mobile is lagging for like 7-10 seconds
3)In Facebook, all the options which should be in left side are on the right side(Status),Friends list is appearing on the left side,Like button and Share button switched places(also Status and checkin,)Almost everything is on the other side of the profile I visit
4)In Whatsapp, when I chat with someone, my messages are appearing on the left side and my friends on the right instead of mine appearing on the right side and friends on the left.
5)If Battery shows 'Estimated Battery Life' as 3 hours... The battery is supporting like only 40-60mins.

Its weired to see options on the opposite side on a mobile..

Is this coz of software problem?? Do I have to exchange my mobile? I would appreciate if someone help me with these issues

I formatted my mobile through factory reset and thank God..everything's fine now. Anyway @uliwooly tnx for helping!!

Go to the Sony Xperia cusmer care where you buy.........and say to the xperia cervice man about your device problem....And try to REPLACE your Mobile...

Hi brought this fone Sony Xperia c4 dual week back and it has some issues. My fone goes black when called recieved or dialed but doesnt gets active once call done or power key pressed. Have to remove sim and insert again to start my fone. But when it goes blank after call or making call, it does beeps notification or call but screen still remain black it dsnt gets active.
Please advice

It's a fault of C4: when you call to someone and they disconnect the conversation before you, C4 will halt & display black only. To make it active again you also can plug in the charger.
In waiting for Sony to repair this fault you can temporarily set: Device>Display>Sleep: to maximum 30 min, then you can call and talk up to 29 min without halting problem if the one you called to hang up before you.

Yes screen protector sometimes makes an issue.. See that screen protector does not covering sensor place.

I've the same problems too, and i considere that it's not normal with a new phone like that!

I've black screen call, many freeze, heating problems, lag, gps disconections...

It has been two years i am using Soy Xperia C4 Dual White. Wonderfull experience till date. Yesterday suddenly both the SIM cards stopped working all of a sudden. I checked the network settings, it is set to automatic. I tried to change it to manual, it does not allow to change. I re booted my phone, still the same issue. I removed & reinserted my sim card & rebooted the phone, still same issue. I checked with another service provider sim, still the same issue. When i connect it to my PC, earlier there used to be a pop-up with software to update/upgrade but this time, phone is only charging no software update. All other features working (Wi-Fi, blue tooth, Camera, facebook, music player, video player etc.) except phone & sms. Can someone help me understand the issue.
