when i tried to connect u xperia c with pc companion it shows .. phone details are not available.. and when i try to do anything . like backup,, it shows SERVER IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TRY AGAIN LATER. am using windows 8, WHEN I CALEED CUSTOMER CARE ,, HE ASKED MY TO CHANGE MY OS TO WINDOWS 7,, what should i do

Run PC companion in compatibility mode and choose Windows 7 or XP

i have a problem here when i order a repair it take some time to initializing then gives me some kind of error . anyone can help ?
