How can i recover messages and contacts from sony xperia?

My little brother played my sony xperia and he deleted my messages by accident, is it possible to recover sony xperia messages? How can I recover sony messages? Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately txt messages can't be recovered unless you had them backed up - emails may still be on your providers site unless you have options ticked on the providers site and if synced will be deleted from both

unfortunately i had deleted all my contacts from my sim...there are many important contacts in it..how to recover all the contact data..i hadn't back up my contacts to gmail...

If you did a backup recently then you can restore them from it. But if there's no backup done in the near past then sadly they are lost for good.
