Hello,

I have very strange problem with my Sony 2018 Android TV model KD-43XF8577. See the video. Problem seems to appeared after trying to share content from my smartphone to the TV and the screen was flashing several times and couldn't managed to share the content.

I have tried factory reset multiple times with no success. I have made it both from the TV menu and hard reset with holding power+vol.down at the back of TV and inserting the power plug.

I have downloaded the latest firmware 6.7220 and tried firmware update at least 5 times with USB drive. I tried forced update by renaming the firmware file to upgrade_loader.pkg and it started to update the firmware however at about 1 quarter of the update the led goes blue and it restarts, it has been like this for a while, I’ve tried different usb ports and I got the same issue.

I have a tv set-top box connected to HDMI1 and there is no problem with the picture there.

Any idea what else can be done?
