KD-43X7000E not detecting any wifi networks, wont find any channels and not detecting any USBs

Hello Suddenly our tv stopped working on netflix and lost all of our normal TV channels (digital channels through roof antenna)

I have attempted to factory reset and try to reconnect to our wifi network however it does not detect any networks and when attempting to enter an SSID manually, no keyboard input appears

When we attempt to scan for channels, none of the channels are found.

Additionally when trying to update the TV via USB, the TV wont detect USB drives in any format (exfat, fat32 and NTFS)

I'm struggling to find anything else to try here, is my TV useless now?

I've you've tried a factory reset and it hasn't helped then

you're probably best contacting Sony Support about this.
