Sony KD65AG8BU will not connect to the ITV hub,

Sony KD65AG8BU will not connect to the ITV hub, the adverts come up but then it come up with an error message.

I have another one of these TV's but not the oled one which is 2 years old this & the 55" sony bravia both work ok with the itv hub, its only the new set that has the problem.

anyone have a fix for this, iahve seen other posts with this problem so has anyone asked sony about it??

Hi Paul,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

Can you try the following steps below-

Press Home on your Sony TV remote
Scroll down to 'Settings'
In the TV section scroll right to 'Apps'
Go to 'System Apps'
Hold the right button and scroll to end to 'YVServiceHostAPK'
Select 'Clear Cache' and press 'OK'
Then select 'Clear Data' and press 'OK'
