Hi Yankoo,

I think it will help if we have more information about your setup. What's the make of the sound bar? Is the TV running the latest software version? do you experience similar cutouts if you connect another Bluetooth device to the Sound bar?

Win_88

my sistem is a Panasonic PMX70 not the last firmware. it works well but only sometimes when i push the volume buttons on the remote the sound stops for a second after that the remote remains connected and is not interfere with audio system. also sometimes the sound is delayed may be half a second. this annoying things are random.

i believe the remote control is disconnecting to save battery and when it connects again after a while stops the BT transmission of TV to Audio.

Hi Yankoo,

Bluetooth is know for not being spot on when it comes to lip sync, so some delay between audio and video is expected. I think from what you're describing, the issue could be related to the Panasonic system you have rather than the TV. Have you contacted Panasonic about this?

Win_88

No, Sony is the problem not Panasonic because on my Samsung I have no delay on audio via Bluetooth. And the sound stops for a second when I push button on remote. Now I "solved" the problem by unpairing the remote and i cannot use Google assistant. It was useless anyways this google assistant like the google store especially in a small remote country like Romania.
