The problem is that the virtual keyboard doesn't appear, so I can't type.

The usual cause is a usb dongle for a keyboard has been left connected. Make sure that nothing is connected to any usb port.

If it was me I would reset or factory reset the TV, just in case there is an app interfering with the virtual keyboard.

Have you tried pulling the plug + rebooting?
