Sony KDL - 40W705Ç only some streaming apps working

At the weekend, Amazon prime and BBC iPlayer stopped working, YouTube is still fine.

We've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, but they still don't work.

Any ideas please?

Are you sure that this TV is an Android TV (this community)? I suspect you may have posted your question in the wrong forum. If it is Android what version is it running?

I recommend posting in the correct community or contacting Sony at Sony UK Support

Another thought is are you running the latest firmware or tried a factory reset.
