I tried with the remote, the buttons on the side, the app. I connected headphones but also their volume couldnt get below 6. I restarted the tv but nothing happened. My last hope was a reset and that solved the problem. I didnt installed any apps and didnt didnt do anything unusual before that happened. Does anyone know why it happened? Cuz i can return it to the store&nbsp; until next week to get another one.
