topic Sony AF9 OLED in Android TV

Had the tv for just over a year and tried the iPlayer app for the first time and the tv crashed. I tried it a number of times and each time it crashed. On a few occasions it re-booted itself but mostly I had to play with the plug and on/off switch. The shop I bought it from arranged for a firm to come out. They decided it needed a new mother board. They came back today to put it in and the tv had no power supply (before they touched anything), so they can't check if the new board is working. Now they've taken the tv away to replace the power supply. I've never had a tv behave like this before and certainly not one costing £4k! Has anyone else had such problems?

TV repaired. It required a new mother board AND a new power unit! May be I was unlucky with this tv!
