Auto local dimming issue kd65xf9005

Anyone notice the auto local dimming on the kd65xf9005 regardless of setting is very noticeable between scenes. I've actually had to turn it off as when watch Netflix or YouTube it spoils the picture. Seems like it lags so much. I've heard turning AV sync off helps but this has made no difference.
