Hi there i just bought a 65" A9g and have to say im underwhelmed with the streaming picture quailty esp on Netflix.Anything in HD is so grainy and dors not warrant the near 3 grand i paid for it...my previous samsung ks8000 was better at handling Netflix HD...anybody any advice?Thanks Ryan

it could be down to netflix.

No matter the tv some shows on netflix are grainy and dark.

I find other streaming platforms superior.

Custom and standard..both poorSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

standard sucks. But custom should be much better. Check clarity settings, that can mess up decent sources if everything is cranked up.
