Hi all,

Purchased the above TV yesterday and seem to be having a problem with the sound. I do have sound but it will not adjust, when pressing the volume adjust buttons the number changes but the actual sound does not. When i press the mute button that does work.

I have truned off and on, also did a reset but its still the same.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @Leeroy221 Clearly this is not normal. You may have a faulty TV which should be returned to the Retailer immediately for a replacement or refund.

A bit of an uodate. I finally got through om Currys Know How. It turns out that the usb i had plugged in to charge the ps4 controller was some how effecting it.

However, since carrying out the reset, the picture has gone blurry and is not as good as it was before.
