    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the above tv which has never had any problems when watching Netflix however all of a sudden it only loads a program to 24% and does not load past this meaning we cannot use Netflix in the living room. Netflix works on all other TVs in our house one being a different model from Sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody shed any light on this as it's very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the above tv which has never had any problems when watching Netflix however all of a sudden it only loads a program to 24% and does not load past this meaning we cannot use Netflix in the living room. &lt;P&gt;Can you try deleting the application data for Netfix by following the steps below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Press the&amp;nbsp;HOME&amp;nbsp;button on the remote.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Settings.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Apps&amp;nbsp;in the&amp;nbsp;TV&amp;nbsp;category.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;System app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Netflix.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Clear data.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;OK.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;After deleting the data for the Netflix application, try signing in again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
