Sound drop outs every 3secs over ARC (AF9)

The sound's started to drop out every 3secs on my AF9.

I initially thought it was a Kodi issue, but I think it might just be an AC3/surround issue as noticed it today on BBC1 HD. A reboot of the TV seems to be sorting it at the moment, and right now it's not that frequent (last time was a few weeks ago).

Has anyone else experienced this?

Same issue with my TV KD-77AG9BU connected to Sony HT-ST5000 bar with ARC.

Every time i have to either restart the TV or Sony sound bar. Its painful after spending all that money.

This is happening only from last few days , and also from last couple of days i noticed that my SONY TV smart remote not very responsive (with new batteries).
