Sony KD-55AF9 Home screen shortcuts disappearing

I have normal installed apps on my Android TV, (apps that can normally be added to the home screen without the use of Side Launcher), like FX file explorer or others, I add the shortcut to the home screen, and over night the shortcut disappears from home screen, and I have to add it again.

This issue did not occur before, it only started after I did total memory initialize couple of weeks ago.

I tried turning TV off and on, and rebooting the TV after adding them, the shortcuts stayed there, but still they disappeared overnight.

Very weird, and I don't feel i should need to replace the stock home screen launcher with another one.

Try clearing cache and data of the launcher and set it up again.

I actually did 2 things

1- Cleared cash and data for home launcher app

2- I have external SSD attached, used as internal memory extending, checked the location of apps installation, it seems icons belonging to apps installed on the SSD are disappearing, I moved them to internal, and will see

ah....... so that expanded storage is still broken then. Since introduction in MM from 2016. And 8GB is still a thing for SONY in 2019.
