KD-49XE8005 TV Speakers Sound Stuck at 100%

I use an XRocker Gaming Chair for my PS4 but ever since I done the latest firmware update the TV Speakers are stuck at 100%. Even when I press the mute button sound still comes through at 100%. Although I can get the chair to play at a regular volume it won't work on the TV apps, so I've had to use the PS4 for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Any idea what I can do cause I've tried adjusting settings to no avail and I had the chair for a year but since this update I've had this problem.

Hello @Craig12Thomas,

you can try a factory reset of the TV.

Also you might wanna check if the TV remotes "volume up" button is stuck by taking the batteries out.
