Its my parents TV and it started recently. It comes up every 10-15sec and its extremely annoying. How do i remove it?

What you are seing is the so called "Store-Mode" or "Demo-Mode" which will periodically show which awesome features your TV/the TV of your parents offers.

If you can't find the option in the menu or manual, give Philips a call, they can probably help you out.
