KD-65 S800 5C android smart TV on and off it self. Please Help.

I have tried the tick to press and hold the onoff button with volume down whist disconnecting and connecting from electricity but the green lights comes on and then it start switching on and off again.

If you've been unable to reset your TV then its probably best

to get in contact with Support.
