Voice activation not working,Bluetooth issue.

My voice activation is not working as there is an error with my Bluetooth.

Even though I turn it on it turns itself back off so it seems.

Any ideas ?

Did you try a simple restarting of the tv? Or in case it does not solve a full factory reset?

Remember to state always the full tv model in any case

Have you tried both? If yes there could be some problem with th wifi/bluetooth board...
