kdl-43wg663 just bought - android? ITV player?

Hi I am helping my mum with this. She has purchased this model. Is it android? All okay with it except she cannot access itvplayer. Only itvhub comes up on YouView and this means she cannot watch itv live which she wishes to do. Are there any thoughts - has anyone experienced this? On a perhaps related note, the 'live' channels are only BBC and they are pixellated/poor signal. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi @MAHONGEE It is a Linux TV (not Android). It sounds like a poor signal from her aerial.

But I am puzzled by your reference to YouView, as this TV does not provide this.
