Sky Q sound issues

Hi,

I have had a Sony KD49XG809 since August but I’m having a nightmare with sound issues with Sky Q. When I turn it on there’s no sound and instead a really loud buzzing sound. I have to turn everything off numerous times before it’ll eventually work.

I have had my Sky Q box and cables replaced today yet it’s still doing it. Anyone got any ideas as it’s driving me crazy.

Hi, I did, I had my whole Sky system replaced and it’s still doing it. Tv is currently out for tests x
