What are these spots behind the A9G OLED Glass???

Does anyone know what this is?

My TV is fairly new and upon close inspection I noticed that there are striations and artifacts behind the glass. They are physical and can only be seen when shining a very bright light on the screen or at certain angles.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
