hi, can anyone tell me if it is possible to change tv channels on using voice commands on the supplied remote. I am considering buying buying the touchpad but am not sure if this will do it if it is not possible using the supplied remote.

In italian you can ask google assistant "canale 501" or "canale Rai uno" and it swicth to the dtvb related channel. I assume in English it will be "channel xxx" or "channel BBC 1"

As far as I am aware, this model is not compatible with a touch pad remote control. What happens when you say the command to change the channel? And what command do you use?
