AF9- Problems to get sound from TV

I have bought this TV a month ago and I have problems to get sound from TV via ARC hdmi cable. First 15 days it works but I have restarted all the parameters and when I tried to configurate this tool sound from TV doesn´t work anymore. I have activate the HDMI CONTROL ON in A/V receiver but when I try to find the receiver with the TV Bravia sync tool, it doesn´t appear.

Has anyone this kind of problems?

What make/mode of receiver?

I had numerous issues with mine, all now resolved (posts are up here somewhere :)).
