Hi ,

Can i use bluetooth heaphones (sony brand) with the kd55xf8796bu and use the TV speakers at the same time? I am hard of hearing and need headphones but want others in the family to use tv normally.

I have been using Sony headset 1000XM3 on my bravia TV via bluetooth connection for over 1 year now with no issue. Both devices connected automatically once both were switched on. All of a sudden the devices no longer connect automatically even though both are paired. Is there any way to fix this issue so that both devices connect automatically once they are both switched on?

Yes I recently paired them with an iPhone maybe this is the issue?

Sure. If you pair them with another device it doesn't connect automatically anymore

Thanks for your help. Is there any way all existing pairings can be removed so I can re-pair with the tv so it automatically connects again?

You should check on the configuration app. Try just removing it from the tv and re-pair it
