I recently purchased this soundbar and have it connected with the provided optical cable to the TV. The problem is that the max volume is very low. When I connect my phone with Bluetooth the volume is very high. Should I connect my Soundbar with an HDMI for higher volume? My Ps4 which is connected to my Bravia also has low volume when having the Soundbar set at full volume.

Please Ignore/Delete this thread. Turns out there isnt an HDMI port on this soundbar. My apologies.

Going back to your original problem, check to see if Night Mode has been activated on the soundbar? Long shot, but it might have been.
