Firmware update to v3.509 causes 4OD and ITV players to stopw orking

I applied Firmware update to v3.509 to my 2016 android tv yesterday both the 4OD and ITV players are "not available in your country". Is any one else having this problem?

Hi there

Try the following:

Turn the Power completely OFF on the TV
Reboot your ISPs router
Once rebooted, goto https://www.iplocation.net and ensure that your IP Address is located in the UK
All else fails, factory reset the TV
